Bloody Hell - Borrisokane is a dark old place and the stars were out in force on a cold autumn night in Oireland. The bus woke very early this morning to allow for an early breakfast for Vicky... however everyone else got up and we've already tucked into a full fry up and it's still not 7am!
The first hour or so will be the tester for Vicky as she'll see if she can battle thru the ankle pain. Let's hope eh and more when we are on the road.

Oohhh, ankle pain for another stage sounds tuff for Vicky. Who said "natural pain killers " can kick in during a run?! But be careful with the solpadol-it can take you places! Looks like you're going to have sunshine today so it's worth running out and enjoying the scenery for a change! Good running to each of you.Steve
